Using the Hearing Test Prep™ “Member Clinic” Logo
Please Read - Important Information
You may use the Hearing Test Prep™ “Member Clinic” logo in your company’s newspaper and direct mail advertising solely in connection with the marketing of your products and services. However, any use of the Hearing Test Prep™ “Member Clinic” logo must be carried out in accordance with the rules specified in this document and pursuant to the restrictions and limitations in the “Hearing Test Prep™ ‘Member Clinic' Pilot Program and Logo Licensing Agreement”.
The following rules apply to any use of the Hearing Test Prep™ “Member Clinic” logo:
The Hearing Test Prep™ “Member Clinic” logo may not be used on business cards,
badges, clothing, hats or any type of apparel, or physical displays. Any exceptions
must be approved by Each Ear, LLC in writing.
No person associated or affiliated with your company may make any representation,
whether verbal, written or otherwise, that they are a Hearing Test Prep™ or
Each Ear, LLC employee or are an agent of Hearing Test Prep™ or Each Ear, LLC.
The Hearing Test Prep™ “Member Clinic” logo shall not be used in any manner that
violates federal, state or local law.
Hearing Test Prep™ “Member Clinic” Logo Graphic Usage Requirements
By agreeing to the terms and conditions and downloading the graphic file of the logo, you will be able to utilize the Hearing Test Prep™ “Member Clinic” logo in your newspaper advertising and direct mail pieces if you comply with the usage requirements outlined in this document. Please use the original versions of the logo and do not alter the logo in any way.
