Each Ear, LLC Introduces Canal ID Guide for Practitioners

(HALES CORNERS, Wis.) – Receiver-in-the-Canal (RIC) hearing aid users will have an easier time inserting their receivers into their auditory canals because they’ll know which direction to aim them.  Auditory canals angle and bend in various directions and to various degrees.  When the receiver is in alignment with these angles and bends, the RIC-user can more easily achieve sufficiently-deep insertion.

This is the idea behind Each Ear, LLC’s Each Ear Canal Identification Guide™.  Practitioners simply highlight the particular illustration, on the guide, that most closely depicts the “Initial Angle” and “First Bend” of each canal.  The patient takes the guide home with them to use as a reference and handy reminder of which direction to aim each receiver.

The Each Ear Canal Identification Guide™ may be used with or without Each Ear’s Gruv Buttons™.   Gruv Buttons™ are ergonomically designed to enable RIC users to effectively use their fingertips to insert their receivers, thus solving three challenges:

  1. Difficulty manipulating and controlling the small receivers,

  2. Inserting receivers sufficiently deep in bending auditory canals, and

  3. Overcoming users’ physical limitations and disabilities.

“Gruv Buttons™ equip practitioners’ patients with real access to and control over their receivers,” Each Ear Founder and President Jeffrey Szmanda said. “The Gruv Button™ - Each Ear Canal Identification Guide™ combination work together to make RIC hearing aids much more manageable and effective.

Hearing care professionals and hearing aid manufacturers can learn more about Gruv Buttons™ and download the Each Ear Canal Identification Guide™, at no cost, at EachEar.com.

Each Ear Launches Campaign for Practitioners

(HALES CORNERS, Wis.) –Each Ear, LLC today announced its 2016 Gruv Button Retrofit Campaign™, as well as two strategic partnerships, to help practitioners improve hearing aid manageability and effectiveness for their patients. The campaign will officially kick off during the 65th Annual IHS Convention & Expo, Sept. 8-10 in Chicago.

Gruv Buttons™, a component of the Gruv Button Retrofit Campaign Kit™, are ergonomically designed to enable Receiver-in-the-Canal (RIC) hearing aid users to effectively use their fingertips to insert their receivers, thus solving three challenges:

  1. Difficulty manipulating and controlling the small receivers,

  2. Inserting receivers sufficiently deep in bending auditory canals, and

  3. Overcoming users’ physical limitations and disabilities.

The campaign will position practitioners as highly visible Caring Industry Leaders™ as Each Ear begins to make patent-pending Gruv Buttons™ available in each state. That’s facilitated through its multi-faceted retrofit marketing campaign and a relationship with Warner Tech-care™ Products, LLC, an international provider of hearing aid products and accessories, which has added Gruv Button Retrofit Campaign Kits™ to its diverse product line.

“Gruv Buttons™ equip practitioners’ patients with real access to and control over their receivers,” Each Ear Founder and President Jeffrey Szmanda said. “I’m sure practitioners will appreciate the thought of fewer problems and frustration, which leads to increased sales and reduced returns. And I’m sure they’ll appreciate the strategy of utilizing retrofits to bring new patients into their clinics.”

Each Ear also announced that Antonio F. Calderon, M.D., BC-HIS, known as “Dr. Tony,” is joining the team as an advisor. Calderon currently serves as Secretary and Territorial Governor for the International Hearing Society.

Practitioners can sign up for the 2016 Gruv Button™ Retrofit Campaign at www.eachear.com.
